Common use of Maximum and Minimum Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Maximum and Minimum Enrollment. ‌ The School and the District agree that during the term of this Contract, the School’s total enrollment shall not exceed the capacity of the School’s facility and site. The projected maximum enrollment, with all classrooms filled, is 800 full-time equivalent students, enrolling up to 200 full-time equivalent students per year, and up to 200 Homeschool Students by year 4 (2024-25). The minimum enrollment is determined to be the lowest enrollment necessary for financial viability, as reasonably determined by both Parties, and is 175 full-time equivalent students. Additionally, to assure the School’s financial viability to open in its initial school year, the School will have completed intent to enroll forms for between 60-70% of its total enrollment of 175 students (approximately 123) by May 1, 2021, and 175 students enrolled in the School by August 31, 2021. The School will share its progress toward meeting enrollment targets during periodic check-in meetings during Zero Year. The School and the District will work together in good faith to ensure the School meets its enrollment targets.
