MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CREDIT. The term “Maximum Amount of Credit” means $500,000,000, unless this amount is increased or reduced pursuant to Sections 2.7, 2.8, 3.5, 4.2.1 or 14, in which event it means such higher or lower amount.
