Common use of Maturity Conversion Clause in Contracts

Maturity Conversion. If an Equity Financing has not occurred by the Maturity Date, this Loan may be converted, at the option of the Investor, into shares of the Company’s Common Stock. The number of such shares to be issued upon such conversion shall be equal to the quotient obtained by dividing the Loan Amount by the Loan Price.
