Common use of Material Misrepresentation Clause in Contracts

Material Misrepresentation. Any representation or warranty made in writing by or on behalf of the Company in this Eighth Supplemental Indenture or in any writing furnished to the Holders of the 2017A Bonds in connection with the 2017A Bonds proves to have been false or incorrect in any material respect on the date made.
