Material Destruction. Patheon has the right to either return to the Client or dispose of any outdated or rejected material. If the material is disposed of, disposal will be consistent with the nature of the material and sent to a permitted waste Quality Agreement QG01-05-T001-01 Page8of18 disposal facility. Before disposal: (i. Patheon will send notice to the Client of Patheon’s intent to dispose of the material. If no direction is received from the Client, Patheon will dispose of the material no sooner than 90 days after the date of the notice.
