MATERIAL ANALYSIS. Upon completion of laboratory analysis (if required), Contractor shall provide a method of approach to include the recommended transportation and disposal method. A firm price for transport and disposal shall be included in the method of approach.
MATERIAL ANALYSIS. The Project Management Firm shall analyze and suggest new construction materials, technology, methods, constraints and sequencing, analyze procurement requirements and responsibilities for materials and services for common use by the Trade Construction Contractors, and ensure that these are included in the Owner-furnished Prime Professional Services Contractor’s (Architect/Engineer’s) Contract Documents/architectural and/or engineering drawings and specifications.
