Material Accounting Changes. Change the last day of its fiscal year from December 31, of each year, or the last days of the first three fiscal quarters in each of its fiscal years from March 31, June 30 and September 30 of each year, respectively. Make (without the consent of the Agent) any material change in its accounting treatment and reporting practices except as required by GAAP.
