Matching. To obtain the portion of the Funds in excess of $30,000.00, the district is required to raise half of the amount in matching funds to the City’s contribution and provide to the City the necessary financial documents showing such match by the end of the fiscal year, September 30, 2024. For example, for every dollar that the district raises, the City shall provide two dollars in matching funds up and until the maximum funding amount is reached.
