Common use of Master Use Clause in Contracts

Master Use. The Producer hereby grants you a non-exclusive license (this “License”) to record vocal synchronization to the Beat partly or in its entirety and substantially in its original form (“Master Recording”).For example, you may choose to record your own topline vocals over the Beat. You will have the right to modify the arrangement, tempo, duration, and/or pitch of the Beat in preparation of the Master Re- cording.
