Master Lease; Prior Rights. This Agreement is subject and subordinate to the prior and continuing rights and obligations of Lessor as described in the Master Lease, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. This Agreement is made subject to all licenses, leases, easements, restrictions, conditions, covenants, encumbrances, liens, and claims of title that may affect the Premises in effect as of the Effective Date.
