Common use of Master Assignment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Master Assignment Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received duly executed counterparts of the Master Assignment Agreement that, when taken together, bear the signatures of the US Borrower, each Increasing Term Lender and each Decreasing Term Lender that is not a Departing Lender, and the Master Assignment Agreement shall have become effective simultaneously with or prior to the effectiveness of the amendment and restatement of the Existing Credit Agreement on the Amendment and Restatement Date.
