Common use of Marketing of Products and Services Clause in Contracts

Marketing of Products and Services. (a) I understand that there are no minimum purchases or inventory requirements. I agree that I have the right to purchase products at wholesale and promote the retail sale of the products and services of the Company or Nu Skin Brunei in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
