Common use of Market Area Clause in Contracts

Market Area. For purposes of this Section 6.01, the term "Market Area" means any state or province in which the Employer or its Affiliates have provided goods or services within the twelve months prior to the later of the last day of the Restricted Period or the Expiration Date.

Market Area. For purposes of this Section 6.01, the term "Market Area" means the States of Texas, Florida, California, and any other state or province in which the Employer Company or its Affiliates have provided goods or services within the twelve months prior to the later earlier of (i) the last day of the Restricted Employment Period or (ii) the Expiration Date.
