Markdowns. ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall pay to GSI amounts in accordance with GSI's --------- offer of the related Markdowns for Markdowns shipped by GSI pursuant to an Order. The Discount shall not be applied to such amounts due GSI for Markdowns.
