The Operator will be responsible for the use that its partners might make of these rates. If the Operator does not follow any of the above requirements, the Resort reserves the right to cancel this contract and any future bookings. In case of discrepancy of the contracted rates with the best available rate in the Resort’s official website (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) the Tour Operator may apply a net price resulting of applying a 20% discount on the published rate, excluding special promotions or advance purchase rates.
