Marina Events. 5.1 The xxxxxx xxx hold events for up to 28 days per year ("the Marina Event") during which the Licensee may be required to vacate the marina. The Licensor must give the Licensee seven (7) days written notice of the Marina Event. The Licensee is not required to pay the Licence Fee during that period.
