Common use of Margin Stock; Use of Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Margin Stock; Use of Proceeds. No Borrower shall, and no Borrower shall suffer or permit any of its Subsidiaries to, use any portion of the Term Loan proceeds, directly or indirectly, to purchase or carry Margin Stock or repay or otherwise refinance Indebtedness of any Borrower or others incurred to purchase or carry Margin Stock, or otherwise in any manner which is in contravention of any Requirements of Law (including, but not limited to, Anti-Corruption Laws, Anti-Terrorism Laws or Sanctions) or in violation of this Agreement.
