The headmaster or designee will circulate a form (in elementary schools the teacher will send a letter to the principal) on which employees will indicate their preference, if any, for start time, including whether there are compelling personal circumstances for not being assigned to a particular start time. Employees may communicate oral information on the nature of the compelling personal circumstance.
