Common use of MANUSCRIPTS Clause in Contracts

MANUSCRIPTS. Manuscripts for publication submitted after the date of appointment of Postdoctoral Research Associate will identify the association with the Division and UNMC. ARTICLE 12: SPECIAL COMMITMENT OF DIVISION RESOURCES    ARTICLE 13: IMMIGRATION AND EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY As a condition of initial and continued employment, Postdoctoral Research Associate will immediately apply for, obtain and maintain, at all times during the term of this Agreement appropriate immigration documentation supporting their appointment.
