MANUSCRIPTS presentations and other products for public dissemination shall not be prepared from analyses using the 2014 NS-DATA TS Pre-RDC file. The file shall only be used to inform planned analyses of the unperturbed data in the RDC. All output resulting from analyses in the RDC will be reviewed by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, SLAITS Program representative to the RDC, for disclosure risk prior to release from the RDC. Any products intended for public dissemination that use analyses of the unperturbed TS data in the RDC must also be sent to Xx. Xxxxxxxx for review before being submitted for publication (for the purpose of assessing disclosure risk only).
MANUSCRIPTS. Manuscripts should be submitted to the Editor electronically via email in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), text (.txt), or rich text (.rtf) format. Allow two spaces between sentences (double-space) and one-inch margins. Alternatively, a copy produced on a letter-quality printer or a good photocopy of such an original is acceptable for initial review. A cover letter should accompany the manuscript, indicating your name, address, and contact information. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you want your manuscript returned. Manuscripts will be reviewed by the Editor. Outside readers may be asked to review and comment on unattributed copies of an article before acceptance.
MANUSCRIPTS. You agree to deliver a completed manuscript, in MS Word format, no later than (“due date). This includes all artwork, prefaces, references, and acknowledgments. You will provide us with written authorizations or permissions for the use of any copyrighted or proprietary material that appears in the work(s). Any fee associated with the use of this material is at your expense. If you are unable to complete the manuscript by the due date, we will agree to a new due date with you. If you are unable to complete the manuscript by the newly agreed date, we reserve the right to cancel this contract.
