Mandatory Work Reduction Days. In the employee’s particular assigned 19- day work cycles in which the employee otherwise would have seven (7) duty days (i.e., the “long” cycle), subject to Section 17.5 (Scheduling Time Off) provided such days shall not be subject to rescheduling in the event of illness or injury.
