MANDATORY MAINTENANCE Clause Samples
The Mandatory Maintenance clause requires that certain maintenance activities must be performed on specified equipment, property, or systems, regardless of other circumstances. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency and standards for maintenance, such as requiring regular inspections, servicing, or repairs to ensure continued safe and efficient operation. By mandating these actions, the clause helps prevent neglect, reduces the risk of breakdowns, and ensures compliance with safety or regulatory requirements.
