Mandatory Leave. Where an employee's physical or mental condition reasonably raises a question as to an employee's capability to adequately perform his job, the Employer may require the employee involved to take a sick leave of absence up to three (3) working days. If the employee's condition is such that a leave of absence of more than three (3) working days is deemed necessary by the Employer, the employee may be required to take a physical or mental examination and, if cause is found, the employee may be placed on extended medical leave.
