Mandatory Classes Clause Samples

Mandatory Classes. All transportation employees required by the State to attend classes shall, upon successful completion of said classes, receive pay at the rate used by the State to reimburse the Employer. In addition, the Employer agrees to pay at a rate equal to the rate paid by the State, provided that the total hourly rate shall not exceed the employee’s regular rate.
Mandatory Classes. Mandatory classes conducted for school bus drivers shall be paid at the same rate as intra-district pay. It is the responsibility of each qualified transportation person to present a signed payroll form to the district business office for payment when attending required meetings.
Mandatory Classes. All competitive students are required to take mandatory classes in ballet, jazz, and 1 team choreography. All dancers are required to take two ballet classes and one jazz class per week, with the option for additional classes and genres (hip hop, tap, musical theatre, acro, etc). We strongly recommend taking a stretch & strength class and or Acro class to improve flexibility and gain strength. Mandatory classes are imperative for skill improvement, routine preparation, and synchronization of group movement. Additional classes are offered to provide dancers with technical training in hip-hop, contemporary, tap, acro, pointe, B-Boy/Girl (break dancing), and musical theater. Dancers will not be invited for any extra competitive choreography in styles they are not training in. STUDIO ETIQUETTE
