Mandatory Change Process. To the extent that a Party is required to materially alter its services, processes or procedures as specified in the Agreement in order to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Rule and/or Security Rule as they may be amended after the Addendum Effective Date, the Parties agree to mutually negotiate any required adjustment in fees or services.
