Students need to be responsible for sensitive data that might be lost in the event of a device failure. • Do not sync the device to your computer to backup. • Apps provided by the school and Apps downloaded by the student can usually be recovered by restoring the device. Data contained in these apps however are not recoverable. • Third party back up methods may be used to backup data, including emailing to student JDragonmail accounts, and other cloud-­‐based storage (Google Drive, Dropbox). • iCloud is not a supported back up method in our DLE managed environment.

  • Updating Your Information You must provide updated information to any person to whom you claimed to be an exempt payee if you are no longer an exempt payee and anticipate receiving reportable payments in the future from this person. If you fail to furnish your correct TIN to a requester, you are subject to a penalty of $50 for each such failure unless your failure is due to reasonable cause and not to willful neglect. Civil penalty for false information with respect to withholding. If you make a false statement with no reasonable basis that results in no backup withholding, you are subject to a $500 penalty.
