Common use of Manager’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Manager’s Expenses. Manager shall, out of its own funds, pay all of its general, overhead and administrative expenses (including those for off-site employees or offices not located within the Properties) except as set forth in a budget submitted by Manager and approved by Owner pursuant to Section 2.E.3 above or as otherwise specifically approved in advance by Owner.
