MANAGER’S CONTRACT. I, (name), hereby agree that I will manage my team in accordance with high standards of sportsmanship and require that players recognize my authority for control of the team on the court. I further agree my team will follow the “Players Code of Conduct” and obey all league rules and regulations. I will accept the responsibility for my team’s actions at any sports facility and I am willing to accept decisions by the City of Seaside Recreation for players’ misconduct. I recognize this competition is for the sake of recreation and I shall do all in my power to maintain the highest code of good sportsmanship. I have read and agree to the City of Seaside Recreation league rules and agree to abide by them. Manager’s Signature Manager’s Printed Name Team Name/League 1. No alcohol or other drugs are permitted anywhere on the Sports Grounds or parking lot. No exceptions. Forfeiture of game and player(s) suspension will result in the event that alcohol is used. Anyone in possession of an alcoholic beverage will be automatically suspended for one game and the whole team will be placed on probation. No warning needed.
