Common use of Manager Clause in Contracts

Manager. Company will have a fully qualified and experienced manager assigned to a duty station or office at the Airport who will be available at all times. Company will, at all times during the absence of such manager, assign or cause to be assigned a qualified subordinate to be in charge and to act for the manager in their absence.
