Manager Access Clause Samples
The Manager Access clause grants designated managers the right to access certain information, premises, or systems relevant to the agreement. In practice, this may allow managers to review records, inspect facilities, or monitor compliance with contractual obligations. This clause ensures that managers have the necessary oversight to verify performance, maintain quality control, and address issues proactively, thereby promoting transparency and accountability between the parties.
Manager Access. Tenant shall permit Manager to enter the Unit at all reasonable times to inspect the same and to make such repairs and alterations as Manager deems necessary. IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, MANAGER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY ENTER THE UNIT.
Manager Access. The Manager shall comply with, and cause the Subcontractors to comply with, the terms and conditions of any servitudes, easements, rights-of-way or other access rights issued or granted to, granted in favor of, or relied upon by the Manager for construction of an Approved Project.

Department/School Management may access documents, data and information generated, stored, transmitted or processed by a User on the CPS Network and Computer Resources in accordance with ITS Guidelines. A User’s manager may also access a User’s CPS Network account for business purposes, including oversight purposes, regardless of whether the User is present or absent. In all cases, the Department/School Management shall contact the ITS Service Desk at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ to obtain access. Managers shall not ask Users to share their password for such purposes.
