Management Use and Operation of the Property Sample Clauses

The "Management, Use and Operation of the Property" clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding how a property is managed, used, and operated during the term of an agreement. It typically outlines who is responsible for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and compliance with laws or regulations, and may set limits on the types of activities permitted on the premises. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations and helps prevent disputes by clearly allocating duties and setting expectations for the property's ongoing use and management.
