Common use of Management Term Clause in Contracts

Management Term. The Management Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date (September 1, 2022) and shall continue in effect, unless earlier terminated as set forth in Sections 17 and 26 below, through October 31, 2025. In the event this Agreement is not canceled by the City by notifying ASM GLOBAL in writing of such election at least 180 days prior to October 31, 2025, the term of this Agreement shall extend for one additional three-year period.

Management Term. The Management Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date (September 1, 2022) 2013 and shall continue in effect, unless earlier terminated as set forth in Sections 17 and 26 below, for a period of three years through October August 31, 20252016. In the event this Agreement is not canceled by the City by notifying ASM GLOBAL SMG in writing of such election at least 180 days prior to October August 31, 20252016, the term of this Agreement shall extend for one an additional three-three year period.
