Commencement and Renewal. 4.1 This Agreement will be valid during the Period of Cover specified in the Schedule of Particulars, being a period of twelve calendar months beginning from the month of the Date of Commencement.
Commencement and Renewal. This Agreement shall commence on the date set forth above and shall remain in effect for one year. Thereafter, this Agreement shall be renewed automatically without interruption for successive one (1) year terms at the same terms, conditions and prices as set forth herein except that there shall be no additional grants of options to purchase stock without separate Board action. After the initial one year term, either party may notify the other party, in writing, of its election not to renew, in which event this Agreement will terminate one hundred eighty (180) days after receipt of such notice. This Agreement may be renewed with revised terms, conditions and prices only upon written agreement of both parties.

Customer agrees and acknowledges that GOL has no obligation to retain Customer Data more than 60 days after termination, and may, after such 60 day period has passed, delete such Customer Data.

Consultant may terminate this Agreement immediately if Customer permits a third party to perform administrative functions on systems on which Consultant provides Services.
