MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE PROGRAM Sample Clauses
The Management Performance Program clause establishes a framework for evaluating and rewarding the performance of management personnel within an organization. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for performance assessment, such as meeting specific financial targets or achieving strategic objectives, and details the incentives or bonuses tied to these achievements.
