Common use of MANAGEMENT CHARGE Clause in Contracts

MANAGEMENT CHARGE. In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of same, the Supplier shall pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with Clause FW-9.2. The Authority shall be entitled to submit invoices to the Supplier in respect of the Management Charge due each Month based on the Management Information provided pursuant to Framework Schedule 4 (Management Information Requirements). The Supplier shall pay the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause FW-9.2within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue of the invoice. The Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Order and shall not be varied as a result of any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any service credits and/or any other deductions made under any Call-Off Agreement. The Management Charge shall be exclusive of VAT. The Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time. Interest shall be payable on any late payments of the Management Charge under this Framework Agreement in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (as amended from time to time). The Authority shall be entitled to submit invoices to the Supplier in respect of the Admin Fees as set out in Clause Error: Reference source not found of this Agreement.

MANAGEMENT CHARGE. In consideration of the establishment and award of Authority appointing the Provider to this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of samethe overall contract structure and associated documentation, the Supplier Provider shall pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with Clause FW-9.2which will be 1% of the total value of orders placed up to a maximum of £100,000 per annum which equates to sales of £10,000,000 per annum. The Authority shall be entitled to submit invoices an invoice to the Supplier Provider in respect of the Management Charge due each Month based on the Management Information provided pursuant to Framework Schedule 4 (Management Information Requirements)6, and adjusted in accordance with clause 15.3. The Supplier Provider shall pay the amount stated in any invoice submitted under Clause FW-9.2within thirty 16.2 within twenty eight (3028) calendar days Working Days of the date of issue of the invoice. The Management Charge shall apply to the full Charges as specified in each and every Order and shall not be varied as a result of any reduction in the Charges due to the application of any service credits and/or any other deductions made under any Call-Off Agreementcredits.
