Common use of Management Changes Clause in Contracts

Management Changes. Following the closing of the Transactions, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall remain as the Executive Chairman of the Purchaser for a minimum period of one year, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Purchaser and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Purchaser, in each case pursuant to the employment agreements referenced in Section 5.1(6)(b) of this Agreement. Following the closing of the Transactions, subject to her agreement, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall also be employed by the Purchaser as V.P. Marketing through the terms of a new employment agreement in such form as the parties and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may agree upon.
