Management access. A member of management may view only the personnel files of Employees who are currently in his/her area of responsibility, or are a prospective candidate for a vacant position in his/her area of responsibility. In handling personnel files, management shall maintain the security and confidentiality of such files and store such files in a secure area when not in immediate use.
