Managed WAN. 4.1.1 Service Definition. Managed WAN provides a range of service options enabling Customer to transfer all or part of its WAN management to Verizon, including network design, CPE configuration, service installation, proactive monitoring, fault notification, reporting, device management and software support (subject to availability). Managed WAN is offered at three management levels: Monitor and Notify, Physical Management and Full Management.
