Managed Users Clause Samples

The Managed Users clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding users who are administered or overseen by one party within a system or service. Typically, this clause outlines how managed users are created, what permissions or access they have, and the obligations of the managing party to ensure compliance with relevant policies. Its core function is to clarify accountability and operational boundaries for users who are not direct account holders but are instead managed by another entity, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over user actions or access rights.
Managed Users the number of individuals to which You and Your direct customers grant access for one or more services furnished, managed, or provisioned by any instance of the Software. A Managed User who accesses such services through multiple devices is nonetheless counted as a single Managed User.
Managed Users. Your delegated users may not further delegate rights to view or access your account(s). If you choose to provide View-Only and/or Transactional access to another person, you are solely responsible for causing that person to use information for the purpose for which you have provided access. You are responsible for causing any such delegated user to maintain the confidentiality of his or her password or login identification. The terms for View-Only and/or Transactional access may be amended or replaced by Pacific Crest at any time.
Managed Users. Users licensed with Microsoft 365 business Premium subscription or other subscriptions that have the same or extended features and functionality as Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription or users with MANAGED DEVICES are considered as managed users ("MANAGED USERS”) and require PlexHosted – Managed Operations and Security subscription.
Managed Users. Customer will have the right to appoint a Managed User for each Account established through the Management Console. As between the Administrator and Box, the Administrator will be responsible for providing the necessary passwords to permit Managed Users to access and use the Box Service. Customer will ensure that all Managed Users do not share any password with any other person or permit any other person to log on as such Managed User. In the event of termination or withdrawal of a Managed User, Customer may reassign the Account to a new Managed User, at no additional cost, subject to the terms of his Agreement.
Managed Users. If you are the primary account holder, you have the ability to grant additional users access to information related to your account and/or use of the Application, including information related to your Cirrus aircraft made available via the Application (“Managed Users”).
