Common use of Managed Services Clause in Contracts

Managed Services. 3.1 The Supplier will provide the Managed Services in accordance with the Statement of Work and the terms of this Agreement with all due care, skill and ability during the Term and a Subsequent Term (if applicable) unless earlier terminated for any reason.
