MAN POWER. For operating and maintenance a three shift surveillance is suggested. Together with other necessary staff as well as considering weekly work time and holidays it is assumed that a total man power of 15 ‐ 20 person have to be calculated to run a CLC boiler (without CO2 compression)
MAN POWER. Future production planning does not indicate any change in the employment. Therefore, the requirement of miners will not be changed.   • Organization; Power and Authority The Company is a corporation duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of its jurisdiction of incorporation, and is duly qualified as a foreign corporation and is in good standing in each jurisdiction in which such qualification is required by law, other than those jurisdictions as to which the failure to be so qualified or in good standing could not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. The Company has the corporate power and authority to own or hold under lease the properties it purports to own or hold under lease, to transact the business it transacts and proposes to transact, to execute and deliver this Agreement and the Notes and to perform the provisions hereof and thereof.

  • Electrical Power CUSTOMER acknowledges that the Services will not function in the absence of electrical power.

  • Contractor’s Power and Authority The Contractor warrants that it has the full power and authority to grant the rights herein granted and will hold the County hereunder harmless from and against any loss, cost, liability and expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of any breach of this warranty.
