Malt Clause Samples

The 'Malt' clause defines the requirements and specifications for the malt to be supplied or used under the agreement. It typically outlines the quality standards, type, and characteristics of the malt, such as moisture content, origin, or processing methods, that must be met by the supplier. By clearly setting these parameters, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of the product expectations, reducing the risk of disputes over quality or suitability of the malt provided.
