Malfunction detection. 6.8.1. Simulate a AEBS malfunction, for example by disconnecting the power source to any AEBS component, disconnecting any electrical connection between AEBS components, or misaiming the sensor(s). When simulating an AEBS malfunction, the electrical connections for the telltale lamps shall not be disconnected.
