Common use of Major Tenant Clause in Contracts

Major Tenant. A tenant of the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor which leases space in a Mortgaged Property pursuant to a Lease which entitles it to occupy thirty percent (30%) or more of the Net Rentable Area of such Mortgaged Property. Agent may in its discretion aggregate any and all Leases to Affiliates to determine whether such Leases should be treated as a Major Lease.
