Common use of Major Expenditures Prior to Dry Clause in Contracts

Major Expenditures Prior to Dry. docking If and to the extent there is any major expenditure for repairing a Vessel where such cost or expense is not within Section 6.2 and may be repaired at the next normally scheduled dry-docking, but the Manager reasonably considers such repair should be performed prior to the next normally scheduled dry-docking and the Manager pays for such repair to be performed, and this Agreement is terminated for any reason or expires, or the Manager otherwise ceases to manage such Vessel under this Agreement, prior to the next normally scheduled dry-docking, the Company shall reimburse the Manager for the costs and expenses for such repair that the Manager has not yet recovered from the Dry-docking Allocation of the Technical Services Fees paid to the Manager.
