MAJOR DEVELOPMENTS. Major developments involving uses for the Property not know at the date of this Agreement shall be communicated in writing promptly by STI to CSI and CSI to STI. Upon request by CSI or STI, (each party,) shall furnish to the other detailed descriptions of each such major development.
