Maintenance Windows. 9.3.23.1 Generally, Qwest performs major switch maintenance activities off-hours, during certain "maintenance windows". 9.3.23.2 Generally, the maintenance window is between 10:00 p.m. through 6:00 am Monday through Friday, and Saturday 10:00 p.m. through Monday 6:00 am, Mountain Time. 9.3.23.3 Although Qwest normally does major switch maintenance during the above maintenance window, there will be occasions where this will not be possible. 9.3.23.4 Planned generic upgrades to Qwest switches are included in the ICONN database, available to RESELLER via Qwest's Web site.
