Client Environment Components Maintenance. For Client Application Environment components that are not Shared Infrastructure, the Service Provider and Client will designate a mutually agreed upon recurring period of time for required client maintenance. When planning maintenance, production environments will typically be scheduled during weekends and after designated support hours (i.e. After 7pm) and non-production environments will be scheduled during the weekday hours. Client acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider may utilize Client Environment Components Maintenance window to upgrade Base Components at the Service Provider's discretion in order to maintain the Base Components of clients with similar Services. Client may, from time to time, request planned or unplanned full or partial Application Environment outage, over and above the Scheduled Maintenance Window and such maintenance will be considered “Client Requested Maintenance Downtime”.
