Maintenance Windows. Except for emergency Network Maintenance, NetDocuments will use reasonable efforts provide 10 days’ notice of Maintenance Windows. Digital Notice will be provided, and the date and time of the Maintenance Window will be posted on the NetDocuments support webpage. Whenever possible, Maintenance Windows will be outside of business hours in Customer’s Service Region.
