Maintenance Taxes and Insurance. The Issuer represents that pursuant to the provisions of Articles VI, VII and X of the Lease, the Company has agreed to cause the Project to be maintained and kept in good condition, repair and working order, to pay, as the same respectively become due, all taxes, assessments and other governmental charges at any time lawfully levied or assessed upon or against the Project or any part thereof, and to keep the Project constantly insured to the extent provided for therein, all at the sole expense of the Company.
